In an effort to inform the business and wider community about Baltimore’s most important mayoral election in a decade, citybizlist has been interviewing each of the major candidates for Mayor around economic development issues facing the City of Baltimore. These wide ranging interviews cover such topics as economic development priorities, how to spur investment and jobs in the city’s neighborhoods, and how the candidate would use tax increment financing and the city’s bonding authority to improve the city’s economy.
Each video shows the candidate’s response to specific questions posed by Edwin Warfield and Oz Bengur. They begin with the candidate telling us what in his or her background qualifies them to deal with economic development in the City.
